As others all complaining about the deceptive advertising and charging of my credit card account. The advertisement stated I would receive free samples for the cost of only shipping $2.95 and now AuraVie charged my credit card $97.88 for a trial package they sent me not samples. I called to complain about the charges and the customer service representative was extremely very nasty stating well it was a trail offer they sent me not samples., told her that is not what was sent to me. When told her this was deceptive advertising told me to show it to my lawyer. Will be contact the State of California attorney general office and Federal Trade commission. Please others do the same.
