Complaint 19003 Details

I received a call saying that if I ordered magazines I would receive a $1000.00 gift The voucher. I made the first payment of $25.35 but never received any magazines or the gift voucher. I didn't make the September payment since I hadn't received either thing promised. On 9/7/11 I received a late notice for $65.70. I called twice to ask about it since my payment is only suppose to be $25.35 and find out why it's so much and to tell them I wasn't go$25.35 plus a $15.00 late fee doesn't add up to $65.70. When I told them I wasn't going to pay my payment until I received my magazines or the gift voucher they hung up on me. The person's name was Mike. Now I'm going to have to order a new card so they can't keep trying to take a payment from the card they have on file.
