I'm 74 years of age, I received an advertisement from Force Factor offering free sample trial to which I subscribed and received on or about the 1st week of November 2012. I haven't used it because of my appointment with my Dr. being late Dec 2012. Unknown to me I received a new package of 60 pills at $74.98 billed to my credit card without my explicit authorization. Upon inquiry with them they tried to dodge the return and refund but finally they agreed to accept the return and gave me a return number claiming that they will make the refund withing few weeks after receipt of goods. That such transaction in my opinion could be classified as scam even if they refund the money which is doubtful. their holding on funds like mine would boost their financial portfolio which could be used to defraud the financial institutions...
