Responded to a $2.95 sample size free trial/risk free. Credit card was hit for $97.88. Discovered this when received the credit card bill. Called the 866 number to request an adjustment and was told that their systems have been down all day and could do nothing for the present. Took our name and phone number and promised to call back as soon as their systems were back up. I'm not holding my breath.
