I transferred the above amount into an account at the above bank in payment for an automobile that never existed. The account was clearly fraudulent and the bank refused to enter into discussions concerning the fraudulent nature of the account. I understand that it is the Bank's responsibility to assure the identity of the account holder and his coordinates in accordance with European money laundering laws. When requested the bank refused to discuss the affair.
