Refusal to cancel. Extremely difficult to reach a real person. Promise of cancellation & discontinuance of billing, but problem reoccurring. Refusal to refund any $. Lots of run around to be continually ripped off. 1-800-865-9408. Try that #. 38 MN wait then redirected & waited another 25 mns (high pitch bells to kill u w head & ear ache) hopefully resolved. Yeah right. Im contacting the Attorney General in MN. IM (Inappropriate Content Removed). $9.99 mo X 6 mos. Countless hrs wasted trying to resolve to no avail. :(
