I purchased a pair of Leopard Print Adidas Trainers in Euro Size 45. They were delivered in size 44 and none of the surprisingly numerous companies involved in the transaction are remotely interested in rectifying the situation. On searching your site, I find the company who took my payment have many complaints against them.
I have all the original emails but here is a summary of their content.

I did in fact receive a pair of shoes (I have the EMS consignment note with the important information only partially completed and in Chinese). They were as ordered - save for the important fact that they have sent size 44 and not size 45 as ordered. These goods are too small, unwearable and totally useless to me. Despite repeated attempts on my part via emails to all the companies mentioned (some through feedback sites with guaranteed response times they are not honouring), I have received zero contact from any of them by way of reply.

The fact that I received my order that was so nearly correct, and in good time, made me feel this was an honest mistake that I could get rectified. Now I feel someone is being dishonest but I cannot pinpoint who the "Bad Guys" really are as there are so many companies involved. I would simply like the goods replaced with the correct items as ordered but something doesn't smell right.

  • I would like the incorrect sized shoes to be returned to the merchant company not at my expense and the correct sized shoes to be delivered to me, as ordered, again - not at my expense. An apology for terrible customer service and a change in practice to ensure they do not ignore other customers when problems are politely raised would also not go amiss!
