Emerald Lux offered online an electronic cigarette. All you pay is 4.95 shipping and handling. NOWHERE did it say they would be charging addition fees. Today they took $114.95 out of my account. Now my rent check is going to bounce and I will be charged bank fees. I am livid. How the hell can they get away with doing this to people? DAMN YOU EMERALD LUX
