I signed up for this site after receiving a coupon from a beauty sample box. I ordered one pair of shoes and paid. I have tried in vain to cancel my account. I cannot get anyone on the phone, EVER. I sit for at least 40 minutes each time trying to get SOMEONE.
I have been "Skipping the month" so that I don't get charged, and skipped the month of December, BUT I was still charged! I got an email that Justfab.com credited my account with them with $39.95 so that I could purchase more shoes. I looked at my bank account online and they sure did take my $39.95! I skipped, and they still charged. I just want to cancel this stupid service and get my $39.95 back. Can ANYONE help me??
