AuraVie offers a "free trial" through pop up ads offered for the cost of shipping only and "Risk Free". The offer arrived with no packing list information - no further disclosure and no warning that this "free trial" must be returned immediately or there would be an automatic charge. The following month another package arrived with a packing list informing me I had been charged for $97.88. A call to customer service informed me I had been charged for the first "order" and can not be reimbursed because I didn't return it. Now I have to pay shipping to return the second unauthorized delivery. CS tells me I should have read the agreement in full. The agreement did pop up on the screen and then popped off before I could read any of it. This is a dishonest company with very misleading business practices.
