I Received a text message telling me to go to bestbuycontest.com to claim $1000 best buy gift card by entering the code #2119 within the time limit of 24 hours. I seems to me that since receiving the text message costs me time and money, unless they are true, they should be illegal. Some monetary punishment should be made toward the person who created these false rewards. It does not tell me to enter to win, it says I won.
