Because another person's profile was listed as mine under my user name. I had to re-edit my profile, in doing so I am now unable to log on to my account. I get invalid user account E-mail and invalid password from the site. I want to also say that I am a paid in full member.

- I demand an explanation as to why someone else's profile was listed as mine under my user name. Once again a violation of the privacy act. Also I want an explanation of why I do not have access to a service I have already paid for.
