I was promised REO business and that there would be no up front costs when listing the REO properties. However, I would need to do the BPO and if that particular property listed then I would get the listing. Then I was told there was a charge of $349.00 to set up the account with BANKERREO. On 9/8/12 I went to log into their website to complete the BPO and I was not able to login to the site. After trying to get into the site numerous times during the day without success, I started checking on line to see if there were other complaints. Many complaints have been filed againt this company. I sent an email to Anthony Reed to advise him that I was cancelling the account that I do not work this way that when I have a job to do and I can't get into the site it did not work for me. The cancellation was less than 18 hours after I agreed. I was not able to speak to Anthony until the following Tuesday and he agreed to refund my money... statingit would take some time. FYI - I was not able to get back into the site until that following Tuesday. As of today I have not received my refund and I still do not have access to the website.
