I ordered a trial of Whitening Fast online on Nov 29. I never got a confirmation email so I wasn't sure if the transaction went through. I then noticed some pending charges on my card and
that did not clear until approximately Monday, Dec 3. Then on Tuesday I got the package in the mail. Today was supposed to be the 8th day, so I thought, in which I had time to cancel. When I logged onto my account today, Dec 7, I saw a pending charge from them on my card for $78.41. I immediately called and thought it would be a no-hassle cancellation and a return authorization and a refund back to my card. But they refused both, telling me that my account was not eligible for a refund. In actually, I have only had the product for three days, and also I never received a confirmation email so I wasn't even sure if my initial order went through. They cancelled any further shipments but refuse to give me a return authorization so that I can return the product. They also make it difficult to determine where to ship the product if I choose to return it on my own, as they have no physical address listed on their website. I did find an address in Google but there is no way to be sure it is the correct address.
