I have a pay day loan out online from another company so I am not sure if that is how this company got my information. I had $30 dollars taken out of my account and was told that I applied for a loan that I never applied for. I was charged a $35 dollar nsf fee also but I am only trying to get my $30 dollars back. I have called since july at least 10 times. Every time I talk to an indian that I can barely understand and every time they tell me that it will be 5 to 10 business days before I get my refund. I am still waiting.
