I purchased Slimvida's special offer with the Colonflow. Each bottle of pills cost £2.49 plus a £0.99 'insureship' postage charge for each bottle. Reading my credit card statement at the end of the month, I was somewhat surprised to discover two transactions for £69.95 from Slimvida/Natural Health.Both were unauthorised. For the next six weeks I have been trying to contact the company via phone and email. I even asked my bank's fraud team to investigate. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do as apparently the transactions are part of the 'terms and conditions'.I then discovered that the same charges had been made this month!!! Finally got through today. Spoke to Nicole 4363 who stated that since I hadn't contacted them within the time scale(!!!) to cancel, I was fully responsible for paying the charges. They do not give money back guarantees. She did offer to refund 25%. So I will receive £32.48 after having £280.00 worth of unauthorised transactions off them. Thanks very much.She then tried to scam me some more by offering free gifts to make up for my loss, which would only cost £2.99 postage.......
You can imagine my response.
I checked with her that the call was being recorded, the only problem is that legally I do not have a leg to stand on. I can see other people have fallen for this scam as well. Please can we try and get them disbanded!?
