received a text and a phone call that I had won $1000 prize and to call or email as instructed and enter code 4787 to claim prize. A total hoax as I found when I entered the address given for website. Hundreds of people are victims of this scam. What can be done to punish this kind of (Inappropriate Content Removed)???
