Listed an apartment leasing on craigslist.com. Claims herself as "Mark Woodgate" who is renting out an apartment at 25 Fifth Avenue New York New York 10003 for $50/night. Says to send a money order of half the payment + $200 deposit to the "landlord", which is Ashelyn Arias in Brooklyn. The building is actually owned by a company. This is obviously a BIG SCAM!
