Hightly deceptive business practices. Does not let you know when booking a reservation online that you must cancel reservation 3 weeks in advance to receive a refund or they will keep payment for the first night. Most online travel sites have the same cancellation policy of the motel. Kids tournament cancelled because of flu and had 2 rooms reserved. Cancelled prior to 24 hours and cannot recieve money back. They put this information in the fine print of the confirmation AFTER you make the reservation. will never use this company again.
