i ordered camera and got confirmation on my email. man called and asked why i forgot 3 numbers on back of credit card. He also asked why I did not order batteries for this camera. I told him they were to come with it and it also said the batteries were a simple thing not a pack like in most camers. he said that this camera did not come with batteries, and I could order them with them at a lower price. i told him to cancell my order and then called then credit company and cancelled my card. I then tryed to find that same camera on thier web site and it says they don't have it. and even though it said i could not change my order that it allready has been shipped ,even though on the order on my account it says the camera is backorderd! to bad I didn't see all the complaints befor I ordered
