I purchased a watch for my husbands birthday back in Dec 2011, they advised it would take 7 days to arrive, after more then 21 days of chasing them the watch finally arrived. Only 5-6 months later the hands on the watch stopped working, it took me months to get them to repair/replace it, and now it has broken again. I am still within the 1 year full replacement/refund time but is seems their website is now no longer operational so it looks like I wont get my $$ back
