They have a membership auto charge,a very tricky system that is not how most online businesses do business so they stand to win by auto-charging your card! It's great for them - you have to remember to cancel the auto-charge THRU THE 5TH OF THE MONTH or they charge you automatically. If you cancel the account with a balance left, to stop this auto charge nonsense, they don't refund you the money, and you have to spend it.... BUT it's a catch 22...you can't see the shoes if you cancel because you no longer have an account! So you have to remain a member to spend your balance, but if you don't cancel they auto charge you. You can't remove your credit card if you are a member. you would have to cancel the card! You can "re-join" at any time, but then you open yourself up to the autocharge situation again.

  • I don't think I can because their Terms and Conditions (T&C) say that you have to cancel the withdrawal within the first 5 days of the month. They rely on you "forgetting". But here's a sentence I found in the T& C section "
"Before you decide to cancel, remember that if you have not yet chosen an item from your showroom, you will not be charged each month. "
The are not that up front here in this cancellation sentence about the 5 days. This company is a scam posing as a "consulting" company where they are really a retail company forcing members to buy one pair of shoes a month, with an assumed withdrawal on your card. If you cancel you can't see the merchandise! It's a catch 22. A great scam for auto credit card withdrawals.
