I ordered flowers from here for a funeral. The order was to be delivered on Monday. It did not come. Called Monday early evening, they apologized and blamed it on the local florist. They then asked when I wanted it delivered and I said in the morning. It came at 3:30 in the afternoon and the arrangement was a joke. Didn't even match the online picture. Called and asked for a refund. Was disconnected. Called back, girl put me on a never ending hold and after 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. Then they kept putting me on hold, coming back and saying they couldn't help me, then said I would have to give the arrangement back. I said fine but then they asked me to take it back to the florist. I said no, I shouldn't be put out for this. Asked to speak with a supervisor/manager on numerous occassions and they refused. I explained to the girl that I even called before placing the order to ask about the size of the arrangement. The girl told me I would get what was pictured online. I double checked with her and she said yes. So, basically I was ripped off and they won't refund my money. After calling back 5 times because they kept hanging up on me, they then put their phones to a voice mail so I couldn't get through. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!
