I write to make a complain about company called Finance Facility,in this company case they have gone into my account 6 weeks after applying for a loan (15/10/2012) when they was a small amount of cash in there,04/12/2012 taken out £69.95 each putting my account into unplanned overdraft without my knowledge,because i know how much in my account and would not give go ahead to any company to take money from an account i know has no money and when i saw my account,i sent them an email and written letter to their office to demand the refund of my money or i report this activity to the appropriate authorities.
This company too has threatened not to refund my money As I have Accused Them Of theft which in my eyes they have done, How dare they steal from my account, they never offered me a service or provided on e and they customer service is disgusting, i have kept all emails so if need be i will take them to court.
I Employee your office to look into my case so as to get my money refunded back to me, as it seems i'm fighting a loosing battle with their attitude.
