Received my visa card statement a couple of days ago, only to find that I had been charged a sum of $50.08 NZ on 30th October, by some company called 'Hyrdrasupport.com! I have never ever heard of them, let alone signed up for anything with them, so went onto their website 'support' section which connected me to a 'chatline'. 'Spoke' to firstly 'Brenda', secondly 'Luna' who both informed me that the charge was for a subscription for making money at home with a company called 'Lifestyle Deals Now' - again, I have never even heard of this company, let alone subscribed to them!
When I went on their website initially, I found several complaints had already been lodged - identical to mine, with identical amounts withdrawn, and the company was said to be fraudulent. However, to my amazement, even though I 'Copied and pasted' these complaints on my 'chat' messages to them, they chose to ignore them saying they had NEVER before received any complaints from anyone!! They have told me they will refund the money taken - they said I must have 'forgotten' that I had signed up...as if!!! I want these scammers stopped, as I have had to cancel my credit card and it has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience!
