I had a representative from said company contact me in January of 2012. In the first conversation with them I agreed to try their 30 day free trial of Youtube video commercials. I was told at that time someone from their company would contact me to go over the details of the advertisement and for the approval and verification of information. No one ever contacted me until another rep called to re-sell me on the free trial. At that time the rep was told we were not interested due to them not keeping track of our information, mainly credit card information. Several months later I notice an email from a company stating our next billing date.(I had never heard of this company before. This is not the name this company used to identify themselves when they contacted me. They actually told me they were with Google.)I contacted the customer care number listed in the email and spoke to another rep who told me everything the previous rep had told me was a lie. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available and that they would call me back. I never received a call so I called again. This time being directed to Allison. Allison rudely told me she would have to verify the information and get back to me. She told me she would call me back the next day by 2pm. I never received a call. I called again, she was at lunch.I called again, she was unavailable. Still no return call. I called another day, she was in a meeting. Still no returned call. I called today and asked to speak to a different manager. I was directed to Patrick. He put me on hold while he spoke to Allison. After several minutes he came back on the phone and told me that Allison said she would fix the ad and not charge me. Gee thanks..but that she "would not refund my money". On top of all of this, I went to Youtube to see the ad they were putting out. The video they have has my business' name and the incorrect phone number, plus it says "up to 80% savings". This is very misleading to potential customers. My company does not offer 80% off discounts on anything.I am not the type of business owner to try and "trick" people into my services. I feel like this is an unauthorized transaction. The second representative was told we were not interested. That should have been our cancellation right there.
