I was burnt by these folks too within 2 weeks of receiving the samples Sylk and Vitalyze, I was billed and received another of each product without my approval and then a 3rd of the Sylk was also billed and arrived. I called them last week and told them I wanted an instant refund or I was going to sue them. Within a few days, my bank account was credited with the money. I also requested an RMA and sent back all 3 products with proof of delivery. My bank suggested that I cancel my debit card and renew it so I did. They are absolutely crooked and difficult to deal with but you can get your money back. Good Luck! Act quickly they will continue to send both products every 2 weeks. Scary!
