I received an email from Mary Edward about a piece of furniture I advertised on Craigs List. Her email said: "I so much appreciate your response to my earlier mail. I wish to let you know that I'm satisfied with the condition. Like I said there's no doubt I'm gonna purchase it. Therefore I want you to consider it sold by withdrawing the advert from Craigslist. Note that you will not be responsible for shipping and handling. My shipping company will come
to your location for pick up. Kindly provide me your name and full address, so i can forward it to the shipping company to calculate the cost of pick up for me. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
Mary."
I was suspicious of this email to begin with so I googled her name and email, and at first couldn't find much of anything. So then I did an Advance Search, and this is when I found the Scambook with other complaints about her. I haven't emailed her back yet but I won't do any business with her nor fall for this scam. BEWARE of Mary Edward or emails of this nature.
