I applied for a loan through daily income, ameri loan picked up my account($300.00). The customer service rep. Told me the loan pay off will be 390.00 if paid in full. I thought that ameri loan would have took out the whole amount, apparently they did not do so. This loan($300.00)was applied to my account on August 1,2012

I spoke to a rep. Today from ameri loan, he told me I was suppose to set up for a full payment withdrawal online or call in three days before the first schedule withdrawal and schedule the full payment withdrawal. So I still have $130.00 left to be paid to ameri loan.
Is this legal? A $300.00 loan, will cost me $570.00 in interest and fees when paid off. Wow. I will never do this again. I will rather stay broke. I wish someone could have warned me.
