My husband and I recently bought a timeshare in Orlando at Orange Lake. I was contacted by someone named George at Access Travel network (who left several messages before I decided to call back). When I did he quickly transferred me to a Tina Moore who claimed she was a Manager. She described in detail that they could rent out 12 weeks for me, that they dealt with Fortune 500 companies all the same crap they have fed to everyone else that I have read. I was told repeadetly about a 7 day money back gurantee etc and I could review the contract so I foolishly gave my Visa number. Needless to say the charge was posted to my Visa before I got the contract and I have never signed or even opened their contract, I do not trust them. I called back the following day and left a message with Tina Moore and she called me back. I indicated I after I had done some reserach on the internet that I did not want to be involved with Access Travel Network in anyway and that I felt it was a scam. She tried to rebuke but I clearly said I have not and will not sign your contract, I have already cancelled my Visa so you can't take further monies and I want to be reimbursed, she finally said OK. I have to date received nothing but messages back and forth from a Michael Sullivan, no idea who he is but every time I call they take my name, there is a pause and then they say he's either not in the office or on another call. I have filed a dispute with my creidt card but it is disheartening and infuriating that an organization like this takes advantage of so many people. I am an educated, interlligent individual who feels completely foolish that I fell for this scam.
