I applied for a payday loan with CWB Services LLC a separate website aside from Mass Street Group. Mass Street Group called back and approved the loan for $390.00. I paid the loan off two months later and never revisited the pay off. As I am reviewing my checking account and have found incremental charges of $90.00 since 10/2011. As of 12/3/2012, this company has withdrawn $180.00 per month totaling over 2,700 over a course of a year. I called the comapny and could not get through. After giving my name and ssn# several times she was finally able to pull my account. She referred me to a manager who has yet to call me back in reference to this issue.
