Said money was to use for custom stamp to bring in gold and money thru Heathrow Airport where other diplomat was at customs waiting for stamp. Sent laptop and Ipod worth $2,500 to Godwin Aviso via U.S. Mail. $7,000 was sent to Western Union have proof of everything.
