Just Cloud has has kept debiting my credit card despite the fact that I asked them to cancel my account and they acknowledged that they had received my cancellation request. Suggest you avoid this company.

- same happened with me. now I even had to change my credit card because of this company.. instead of getting back with a confirmation of the end of contract I ask for this company was suggesting upgrades.. always focusing away from the cancelation, no money back guarantee even though clearly stated during the sign up process. total fraud! Don't sign up!
