Asked to fill-out survey and in return, I could select one of three payments for the information provided. I selected a $1,000.00 Gift Card for Walmart. Upon completion of survey and providing personal information, ie: Gender,Name, address, phone number, birth date and email address, the "system" would not finish processing, asking for me to select gender over and over again, but would not allow the process to finish. They were able to get my information, however there was no way for me to complete the process and "claim" my payment.
