My husband ordered a buy one get one free of the Nu Wave Cooktop and was told that it would be shipped over night..a week later we finally got the order; however the order did not include the fondue sets or green cooking panor the stainless steel pans, steamer (one set for each order) We trusted that when you said that it would be sent overnight it would be; and we also trusted that everything that was included in this deal would be shipped plus an email was never sent in regards to the confirming that the order had been shipped. I am not sure what is going on; but judging by the complaints that I have read on this website you all are not very trustworthy in doing what your advertising says.

At this time, we do not offer overnight delivery, but rather express processing. This means that we process your order within 24 hours, at which point it is shipped and typically arrives in 3-5 business days.
In many cases, confusion about the cookware stems from a simple misunderstanding about having accepted the additional S&P charges in order to obtain the free gift. If you feel that you are still missing items from your order, send us an email with your complete order information to [email protected]. I will have our customer service managers compare your records with our own. Once I receive an update from them, I will pass along any relevant information to you. -
