November 2011 I purchased one pair of shoe from justfab using my husband credit card. I was totally Unaware that I was automatically enrolling into a paid "membership", and would be charged $39.95 every month after. After all, there was
no notification of such thing. My husband isn't as organized as I am when it come to finances, that he didn't notice the charges each month until August 2012 - almost a year after. At this time, justfab had already taking out $279 from my husband bank account. Upon finding this out, we immediately called the bank and justfab. The bank stopped any future payments, but justfab refused to refund us our $279. They claim that I can only have it in items - 7 items, each for $39.95. Justfab is deceptive and a scam! Kimora lee or whatever her name is will suffer for such immoral acts. She's stealing from us through deceptive marketing. Such a person will suffer by the hands of God. Hopefully, man/authorities will acknowledge what she's doing is unfair and make her pay us back and change her deceptive system. I have no interest in purchasing any product from justfab and will not let them steal my money.
