They have a manufacturer defect in their TV's, they will not recall them or even replace it for free, since it was their fault and thousands of people are having this problem they should be held responsible. It starts with one little white dot on the screen and from there on out it just keeps going up and up till you wont be able to see what is happening. Very disappointed, they only will provide the chip for free, but you have to pay for labor in which cases is a minimum of $200 which provides no guarantee that it wont happen again.

- I want it fixed for free even if it is out of warranty. Its like that car salesman from the move Matilda where the guy ILLEGALLY puts know defective parts into the car and sells it.
