I ordered product as seen on TV. Once they get you Visa number you are innudated with a dozen offers or more. I had to hang the phone up as they kept coming. All the options are very misleading tell you things are free or just added on but there are costs of everything. I just called up today and found out my order was $6.99 extra than I had expected. They said the hair trimmer comes with a free bonus of a manicure kit. They don't tell you that there is a shipping and handling charge for that also. Made phone calls and difficult to make correction. I will be file a complaint to a Consumer Group soon. You can call them and end up with a significant amount of money more than you expected.
