I received this "Express Notice" in the mail today... I already knew this was a scam... But anyhoo... I was thinking why not everyone who got a letter from these jerks come up with a class action lawsuit to pay everyone (whether you paid the $20.00 "transfer fee" or not) the $2,536,092.23 that they are PROMISING to pay.
They are so liable since they are NOT affiliated with anybody (sweepstakes, lotteries, etc.)... Which means the money is being offered solely through Financial Acquisition Agency...
It states on their letter that they are the only ones offering the the money... and no where in the letter part does it states you have to pay the $20... It's in writing!!!
It is so easy to "get'em"... Of all the people who fell for the scam and paid the $20, there should be more than enough money for Financial Acquisition Agency to pay everyone their $2,536,092.23 promised...
But they will probably change their game before the slow wheels of justice can follow through...
Well it is always good to hope...
