They said that my boyfriend sent them an e-mail from his yahoo account about a loan and that it was sent to them on the 19th of Nov. and they took $30.00 from my checking account on the 20th. Now how did they get my checking account information when he doesnt even know my checking account information. We also discovered that this company did this too us last year and around the same time and we got our money back then. I spoke to a Manager Travis Cross and he stated that they had to do an investigation and to call back in 5 business days and i called on 11/26/2012. So i called back today 11/30/2012 and they said they are still investigating it and to call back on monday morning. So i sure will be calling back. I am so (Inappropriate Content Removed) off they got into my checking account and took money they had no right to.
