Do they think we're all stupid? Why should I send $20 to them to "facilitate transfer to me of a complete accounting of prize funds now due". No where in their letter do they say that I won anything. The only prize contest that I've entered is the Publishers Clearing House. It makes me wonder if someone there is selling our names and addresses.
