A few months back, I purchased 3 vouchers from Streetdeal.sg for a 3D2N trip to Borracay. The vouchers directed me to an agency called Travelsmoove to make my booking. After some initial email correspondence with Travelsmoove, all contact suddenly ceased. They stopped answering emails or phone calls. I then went down personally to their "office" where I was notified, by a security guard, that I've been scammed and the agency has packed up and left. Now Streetdeal.sg is telling me that the only way to get a refund is by emailing Travelsmoove, despite the fact that no one has had any contact from them, their office doesn't even exist anymore, and they didn't even bother to inform their clients about their closing! I just want a full refund of my money!
