I guess I get to add my name to the growing list of complaints against this scammer. This is the second time I've received a text saying I won a $1000 gift card to Target. How did they get my phone number? I feel both violated and disappointed, obviously, that I did not win anything but a discomforting sense of insecurity.If this person has my phone number, what else do they have? With all these complaints why has Target not pursued this scammer?
