International boundaries

This group puts a charge of $2.50 to test if the debit card account is real then a few days later places a charge of $39.95 on the account. Reported this to Wells Fargo. They removed charges. Customer service and the fraud dept. were aware of this scam and advised using a separate account for online purchases. Not sure if this is the solution for this particular scam, but wouldn't hurt.
