I HAVE NOT GONE TO TARGET, I NEVER ENTER IN ANY CONTEST PRECISELY FOR THIS, SCAM, BOGUS MISREPRESENTAION TO THE PUBLIC.
I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AT ALL. WHY A BIG COMPANY LKE TARGET USES THIS SCAM??
