Ordered product knowing 16 day trail, what I did not know was countdown started before shipping even started. Received package on a Monday and Tuesday VISA was debited. Never had a chance to decide if I liked the product. Customer service was very unhelpful and not willing to reverse, even with proof of date it left the warehouse. Asked to speak to manager and Megan told me it would be too long of a wait. I assured her it was worth my 100.00 they took to wait but still was denied. Have cancelled any future orders and will be sure to let everyone know to beware of other potential future frauds from happening.
