I was solicited by someone in florida since I was relocated. I was assured by the agent that my families physician who is in Ormond Beach accepted the insurance and they said yes. I did not get any documents at all and called the agent three times who was very rude and short with me after which I already had been charged. I finally made a last call and got nasty and the agent gave me the contact number and call usa select myself and they did not have a record of me at all so I had to fax a copy of my charge statement. After I faxed the copy I was emailed an ID number so at that point I could finally log in which was almost five weeks later. After I finally printed out ID cards I called my families doctor and he said he never heard of it and did not accept it. When I called back USA to cancel and get a refund they said to bad you had to cancel in 30 days for review which I could not since I never got the cards nor documents I was to get in the beginning. I called back and they claimed it was my problem that I should have checked the with the doctors office first? This is such a scam they hang up on you and when you challenge them they put you on hold. I was told to type a letter for a refund and the same person that was rude to me on thephone and put me on hold actually called and said my request for refund was denied because I did not review in 30 days and it was my error really $410 is their not any jurisdiction over these rip offs? On top of it Bank of America says they have to honor the time rules provided to us consumers are the banks in on this too?
