First, if you do not "skip" a month, a charge is applied to your credit card. There was a month over the summer that I was on vacation and did not have access to e-mail and could not "skip" the month,so I thought maybe there would be something to purchase. The next month I did "skip" the month but for some reason it did not register, so then I had 2 credits. I ordered 2 pairs of boots, unfortunately neither of them fit me and had to be returned. I do not really care for the styles offered. I called a couple of weeks ago to return the items I had purchased and asked for a refund instead of a store credit. I was told that I could do this but, there is a $5.95 re-stocking fee for each item. I had returned shoes in the past and was never informed about a re-stocking fee. I was just told I could only get a store credit. Had I known this, I would have taken the refund and closed my account a long time ago. This time the girl told me she would issue me a refund to my credit card in the amount of $79.00. I was fine with this and asked her to go ahead with the transaction. I then asked her to close my account and cancel my subscriotion. She advised me to wait for my refund before I did so. I thought all was taken care of until last night when I received an e-mail saying that my return had been processed and that I have two store credits. I called there this morning and was told I could have a refund minus the re-stocking fee. She told me my account would be credited $58.00. I told her what the other girl has said to me about being refunded $79.00 and she said she could not do that. I asked to speak to the manager,she put me on hold and came back with a message from the manager. I told her I did not want a relayed message, I wanted to speak to a manager. She proceeded to argue with me and talk over me so that I could not get a word in. I finally asked for her name and hung up. I am very upset with the way the situation was handeled and with the lack of customer service by the representative. I just want my $79.00 back and to close my account. This company has very poor customer service and the quality of their products is also very poor.
