Signing up for "FREE" to determine if merchandise was "as advertised". You are required to put in CC# "how you will pay if you win and auction".
Same problem, I violated their rules and they keep adding more "free bids" to my account. No way I will ever bid on anything there and I will be contacting the State of Deleware as well as Federal Trade Comission to file on complaint of refusing "3 day cooling off" for internet purchases.
