We purchased a Timeshare unit at this entity on the premise that this would qualify us to convert to a Points V/S Weeks system. We already own two weeks at The Cliffs on the island of Kauai and were anxious to be able to convert our accrued and future Cliffs Club weeks. It has been essentially impossible to contact anyone involved with this operation. The entity PRL was presented as a way to convert accrued vacation credits to cash. PRL has quietly folded its tent and is no longer in business. Assurances are being given that there will be a replacement entity. I remain a 'Doubting Thomas' regarding that possibility until I see something very official.
